This is my first project in SharePoint, So please bear with me if I get the terminology wrong.
I am trying to create a voting interface in infopath 2010. I have three lists,
List 1 - Postions:
Name Division/School
President All
Vice-President All
Senator All
Senator for Communications Communications
List 2 - Candidates:
Name Postion
John President
Bill President
Tom Vice - President
Sam Senator
Scott Senator
Sue Senator for Communications
List 3 - Voting
Position Candidate Voter
President John Voter 1
President Bill Voter 2
President John Voter 3
The list 3 is what I want to create in info path to get votes from voters.
I have created a repeating section for the list 1 and names of positions as required. Now I want to create another repeating section for candidates along with a check box. I am struck here.
I am unable to create neither text box nor check box for list 2. Could some body please guide me. Also once I have the form, can I directly save the form to populate my list 3. I do not have any access to any code. I should do everything in infopath.
I tried to insert a screen shot but was unable to do it.
