    Request time off Form

I have created a form for my work where the employee can fill in time off and send it to their manager. I need to put in the form a place where the manager can approve or decline it. What is the best way to implement this feature? Can the form add an approve and decline button after the employee sends it? Thanks for any help.

     Hi,

Perhaps this training lab will prove helpful. It's in four parts on this website.

If you are using SharePoint, you can also use the built in Approval workflow.
