    Unknown Error - When loading old forms

    We are absolutely stumped.   Came in today to find we can't open any Infopath form in a browser.  We have 6 different document libraries that use Infopath and all 6 now get this error.   Once we click on a link, the 'Loading Form" dialog box comes up and behind that is the error screen with Unknown Error in small letters.

    We think it has something to do with file size and possibly attachments.

     We are using MOSS and have InfoPath 2007

    Sounds like a MOSS issue. Have you checked your SharePoint error logs? We'd be happy to provide hands-on support to help you quickly get back to normal. Qdabra Software, sponsor of this free forum, is our company. Go to the web site and click on Support for more details.

    If you're looking for free support, please provide more details - ideally the error codes in the SharePoint error logs. If you don't know where to look, just google SharePoint error logs and you'll find plenty of hits. Or, you could just use our Custom Search Page link above to search our site. We've resolved numerous SharePoint issues in this forum over the years and there may be some helpful info hidden somewhere if you don't mind digging.

    Or, you could just ask us to quickly help debug and resolve the issue. Your call. :)

    After re-booting the error went away.   But three days later it is back.  You may be getting a call from us sometime today.
