We know that the main advantage of using InfoPath template parts (XTPs) is that it helps us design our InfoPath forms easier and less time-consuming. We can inject them into our forms and use them right away, thus avoiding building our forms from scratch.
But, have you ever tried to apply different color schemes to your forms and noticed that the template part's colors didn't change? You might already know, but color schemes are not supported in template parts. We are restricted to the default (blue) scheme which some of us might not find too exciting. If you wish to allow XTPs to acquire your form's colors, you need to do most of the work by hand-editing the XSL file.
Qdabra packaged a set of useful InfoPath template parts (XTPs). This blog post features the Hide-Show Section XTP, while this shows the great benefits of the Contact Block Advanced XTP featuring "Smart Links". We also have the Address Block and the Contact Block XTPs, both come with basic and extended versions. The good news is, we have updated the package to acquire the color schemes of your destination form templates!
